Communication is key, and our clients can expect to stay informed via email, phone and in person through site meetings, with accessibility to the expertise of our company directors whenever needed.

Day-to-Day Site Management

Your assigned Contract Manager is the linchpin in the day-to-day operations. From handling queries to overseeing the daily site activities, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring adequate labour provision, they are your on-site partner dedicated to the success of your project.

Customer Care Coordinator

We understand that effective communication is essential for a successful project. That’s why Tread Floor provides a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator. This individual serves as the point of contact for customers and addresses any snags or concerns promptly. Weekly reports are generated and shared with our customers to ensure complete transparency and keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Our dedicated Health and Safety team collaborates with our office and is supported by an external agency to guarantee that every project adheres to the highest safety standards.
